Your Enquiry
Reach out with your initial ideas, with our FREE Discovery Call, a 20 min zoom meeting or phone call. Discuss your dream destination, travel style, and budget. I will answer all questions on how this will proceed, and send an email with further information.

Your Journey Design Meeting
We take the time to truly understand your travel style, preferences, and vision to create a journey that feels uniquely yours. During this personalised consultation, we’ll explore your ideas, refine your plans, and ensure every detail aligns with your perfect trip. Your 30-minute consultation is priced at $50. While this fee is non-refundable, it will be credited toward your final quote should you choose to proceed with your bespoke itinerary.

Custom Planning
We design a personalised itinerary tailored to you, based on our consultation. You’ll have complete flexibility to refine every detail, ensuring your journey is exactly as you envision. Throughout the planning process, we stay closely connected via phone and email, keeping everything on track and aligned with your preferences every step of the way.

Review Consultation
Once your itinerary has been carefully crafted, we’ll meet for a dedicated 1-hour consultation to review and refine every detail, ensuring your journey is perfectly aligned with your vision. At this stage, all booking deposits must be completed before we can finalise and secure your reservations.

Itinerary Presentation
With all refinements made, we finalize your itinerary and all the comprehensive travel documents. All final balances are due at this stage, clearing the way for your adventure.

Bon Voyage & Beyond
I have handled all the details — flights, hotels, transfers, experiences.
You simply show up and enjoy. Support will also be available during your trip.

02.Your Travel Design Meeting - 1hr
This 1-hour consultation allows me to gather the details needed to bring your dream travel plans to life. We can chat via phone, Zoom, or, better still, let me buy you a coffee at a local café for a face to face meeting. The $150 fee is non-refundable but will be credited toward your quote if you decide to proceed.
