Tell me about your trip

I take the time to truly understand your travel style, preferences, and vision to create a journey that feels uniquely yours. During this personalised consultation, I’ll explore your ideas, refine your plans, and ensure every detail aligns with your perfect trip. Your 1-hour consultation is priced at $200. This fee is non-refundable fee, this fee allows us to spend more time finding the most authentic and value-driven experiences for your specific trip.

I spend some time researching suitable options and bringing them together into a personalised itinerary, considering your preferences, travel times and the pace of your journey.

You’ll have complete flexibility to refine every detail, ensuring your journey is exactly as you envision. Throughout the planning process, we stay closely connected via phone and email, keeping everything on track and aligned with your preferences every step of the way.

Review Consultation

Once your itinerary has been carefully crafted, we’ll meet for a dedicated 1-hour consultation to review and refine every detail, ensuring your journey is perfectly aligned with your vision. At this stage, all booking deposits must be completed before we can finalise and secure your reservations.

Itinerary Presentation

With all refinements made, we finalize your itinerary and all the comprehensive travel documents.

All final balances are due before receiving your documents, clearing the way for your adventure.

Bon Voyage & Beyond

I have handled all the details — flights, hotels, transfers, experiences.

You simply show up and enjoy. Support will also be available during your trip.

Our Fees

Professional Fee

Due before the first 1-hour personalised consultation. This fee is non-refundable and allows us to focus on creating value-driven experiences.

We do get commissions from many suppliers, but the adding a Professional Fee alleviates the need to only base selection on commission. Commissions do not increase the price you pay.

Amendment Fee

Per person for amendments requested after the final itinerary has been presented and signed for.

Special Booking Fee

Only if needed for extra special bookings that require additional logistics and specialized coordination.

Why do you charge fees?

By charging a transparent fee, we ensure our loyalty is solely to you and your needs. Allowing us to spend more time finding the most authentic and value-driven experiences for your specific trip.

What happens if I need to change my trip after it's planned?

We provide a set number of revisions within our initial planning scope. For major changes later in the process or while you are on the road, additional support fees may apply depending on the complexity of the adjustments.

When do I need to pay the Professional Service fees?

The Professional Service fee is payable at the time of our first 1-hour consultation. Planning fees support my ability to provide an independent and personalised itinerary from the very start.

Are planning fees refundable?

Because our fees compensate for professional expertise and hours of dedicated research time already spent, they are generally non-refundable once the planning process has commenced.
