Why do you charge fees instead of taking commissions?

What exactly is included in the Planning & Itinerary fee?
This fee covers professional research, route mapping, and a custom day-by-day digital itinerary. We handle the heavy lifting of logistics, from transport connections to finding that perfect hidden gem hotel.
What happens if I need to change my trip after it's planned?
We provide a set number of revisions within our initial planning scope. For major changes later in the process or while you are on the road, additional support fees may apply depending on the complexity of the adjustments.
When do I need to pay the service fees?
The Initial Consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. Planning fees are usually paid in two parts: a deposit to start the design process and the balance upon delivery of your finalized itinerary.
Are planning fees refundable?
Because our fees compensate for professional expertise and hours of dedicated research time already spent, they are generally non-refundable once the planning process has commenced.
